Information that is gathered from you
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server Squarespace, saving the following details: Your IP address, device type, browser, source, operating system, the pages you visit, your activities whilst browsing our site, and the country where you have logged on from.
We use device identifiers on Squarespace web and mobile applications to track, analyse and improve the performance of the services.
Cookies may be used to remember your preferences when interacting with the website.
Where purchases / bookings have been made, your order and contact details; what you have purchased, your email, name, address, and phone number (where provided) will be stored on the server.
How the Information is used
Your IP address, device type, browser, source, operating system, and activities whilst browsing help us to understand how you use our site.
Your contact details allow us to respond to your enquiry, confirm your purchase, provide you with the information that you have requested, provide puppy course information, help sheets and homework sheets, send you information about our services, and process your orders.
Personal contact details stored on the server will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.
Stripe Payments
When you are using our secure online ordering pages, your transaction is processed by a third party payment processor, Stripe, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you and you have a right to request that this information is removed from our system. If you wish to do so, please email us at info@chelseacanines.co.uk
Cookies
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. Puppy & Teen School Terms of Service
Cancellations with a full refund (less Stripe booking fee) can be made at any time before 12am on the Saturday one week before courses begin. Cancellations made after this time will be refunded only if the space can be filled by another client. Cancellations made after the course has begun cannot be refunded under any circumstances as the space can no longer be filled. Chelsea Canines will cancel and refund with immediate effect any registrations made for dogs over 24-months of age.
Private Sessions Terms of Service
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before any private services can be refunded (less £3.50 booking fee) or rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before any private services cannot be refunded/ rescheduled.
